The rules that govern your IPTV Subscribe plan. Please read them before you sign up.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between you and IPTV Subscribe when you visit iptvsubscribe.cam or use any plan we offer. When you sign up, start a trial, or pay for a subscription, you're confirming you've read these Terms and you accept them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account, claiming a trial, or buying a plan means you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If any part doesn't sit right with you, please don't sign up or use the service.

2. What the Service Includes

IPTV Subscribe delivers live TV and on-demand video over the internet on a paid subscription basis. Plans you can pick from include:

  • Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles.
  • 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-screen connection options.
  • A one-time free 24-hour trial, limited to one per household.

The channel lineup, available content, and features can shift over time and may differ by region. We can adjust them without prior notice.

3. Your Account

  • Sign-up requires a working email address that you control.
  • Keeping your login details safe is your responsibility, not ours.
  • Credentials can't be shared outside your household. Each plan is for personal viewing only.
  • You need to be 18 or older (or the legal age in your country) to subscribe.

4. Acceptable Use

The service is meant for lawful, personal viewing — nothing more. While you're a subscriber you may:

  • Watch on your own devices for personal, non-commercial reasons.
  • Run the number of simultaneous streams that come with your chosen plan.

5. What's Not Allowed

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share your account details with anyone outside your household.
  • Use scrapers, bots, scripts, or other automated software to access the service.
  • Try to get around any region locks or security controls we have in place.
  • Record, capture, rip, or rebroadcast any content delivered through the service.
  • Use any part of the service for commercial purposes without our written approval.
  • Disrupt or overload our servers, network, or supporting infrastructure.

If you break any of these rules, we can suspend your account right away, with no refund owed.

6. Payment & Billing

  • Prices are listed in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is added at checkout.
  • Payments run through trusted third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency gateways). We don't keep your card details on our servers.
  • Plans renew automatically on the same date each cycle unless you cancel first.
  • We send you a reminder email before each renewal. It's on you to cancel ahead of time if you don't want to continue.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel any time by reaching out on WhatsApp or through our contact form. Cancellation kicks in at the end of the cycle you've already paid for — you keep access until that period closes.

8. Refunds

Refund rules are set out in full in our Refund Policy. The short version: there's a 24-hour money-back window on a first-time purchase. Renewals are final and don't qualify for refunds.

9. Service Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime, but we can't promise the stream is up every single second. We're not on the hook for outages caused by:

  • Problems with your home internet, router, or device.
  • Planned maintenance or urgent fixes on our end.
  • Events outside our control — natural disasters, network attacks, or force majeure.
  • Upstream channel feeds dropping or licensing changes from rights holders.

10. Intellectual Property

The channels and on-demand content you watch belong to the broadcasters and rights holders who license them. IPTV Subscribe doesn't own the broadcast feeds. The site itself — the design, the code, the brand — does belong to IPTV Subscribe and can't be copied without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, IPTV Subscribe isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses tied to your use of the service. If you do bring a claim, the total amount we can owe you is capped at what you paid for the current billing period.

12. Indemnification

If a third party makes a claim against IPTV Subscribe because of how you used the service or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover our costs, damages, and any expenses we reasonably incur defending the claim.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are read under the rules of international commercial law that apply to online services. If there's a disagreement, both sides should try to settle it through honest discussion first. If that doesn't work, the matter goes to binding arbitration.

14. Updates to These Terms

We can revise these Terms whenever the service or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. If you keep using the service after a change, that counts as accepting the new version.

15. Account Termination

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, abuses the service, or files a payment chargeback after using the plan. You can close your own account at any point by getting in touch through the contact form.
