Privacy Policy
Plain English about the data we collect, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.
IPTV Subscribe ("we", "us", "our") takes your privacy seriously. This policy spells out the personal data we collect when you use our website at iptvsubscribe.cam and our IPTV service, how that data gets used, and what you can do about it.
1. Who We Are
IPTV Subscribe is an IPTV subscription service. Got a privacy question? Reach us through our contact page or send a message on WhatsApp.
2. Data We Collect
Information you give us
- Email address — needed to set up your account and deliver your login details.
- Payment information — handled by our payment partners (PayPal, Stripe, or crypto processors). We don't store your full card number on our servers.
- Name — optional, and we only use it if you reach out for support.
- Support messages — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
Data collected automatically
- IP address — used for fraud checks and geo-based pricing. We don't keep it on file long-term.
- Browser and device type — picked up through cookies so the site runs faster for you.
- Pages visited and time on site — via analytics cookies (full breakdown in our Cookies Policy).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To set up and run your IPTV subscription account.
- To email you your login details and any service notices.
- To take payment securely.
- To reply when you contact support.
- To make the website better and catch fraud early.
- To meet our legal duties.
We don't sell your personal data — not to anyone, ever. We don't run automated profiling that affects you legally either.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're in the European Union, here's why we're allowed to process your data:
- Contract performance — we need your email to deliver the service you paid for.
- Legitimate interests — stopping fraud and making the service better.
- Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies, and you can pull that consent any time.
- Legal obligation — when the law requires it.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU Residents)
If you live in the European Economic Area, you've got these rights:
- Right to access — ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — get us to fix anything wrong.
- Right to erasure — ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restrict processing — tell us to pause how we use it.
- Right to data portability — get your data back in a machine-readable file.
- Right to object — push back on processing we base on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent — for cookie tracking, at any moment.
To act on any of these, visit our contact page. We'll get back to you inside 30 days.
6. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
If you're a California resident, you can:
- Find out what personal information we collect and why.
- Ask us to delete your personal information.
- Opt out of any sale of your personal information. (We don't sell it, but the right's yours anyway.)
- Not be punished or treated worse for exercising any of these rights.
To file a CCPA request, head to our contact page.
7. Your Rights Under LGPD (Brazil Residents)
If you're in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) gives you rights to access, correct, delete, port your data, and be told how it's used. Use our contact page to exercise any LGPD right.
8. Data Sharing
We only share your data with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — so transactions go through securely.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) — in anonymised form, and only if you've agreed to cookies.
- Law enforcement — only when a valid legal order requires it.
9. Data Retention
We keep your email address while your subscription is active, plus 90 days after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records stick around longer because tax law says so — usually 7 years.
10. Cookies
The site uses cookies. For the full list of what gets set and how to switch them off, see our Cookies Policy.
11. Security
Every connection to the site runs over HTTPS encryption. Only authorised staff can reach subscriber data, and we review our security checks on a regular schedule.
12. International Transfers
Some of our service providers sit outside your home country. When data moves across borders, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards so your rights travel with it.
13. Children's Privacy
Our service isn't built for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has signed up, contact us through the contact page and we'll remove the account.
14. Changes to This Policy
We'll tweak this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top changes whenever we do. If anything material shifts, subscribers get an email.
15. Contact
